The Magic Card (hereinafter referred to as “the Card”) is issued by Liferelax Services Pvt Ltd and provides various benefits, including discounts on health, education, and lifestyle services. By applying for and using the Card, the cardholder agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility and Activation

(i). Eligibility: The Card is available to all individuals above the age of 18. Minors may use the Card under the supervision and responsibility of an adult cardholder.

(ii). Activation: The Card will be activated within 48 hours upon completion of all necessary formalities, which may include identity verification, submission of required documents, and payment of any applicable fees.

3. Card Usage

(i). Family Use: One Card can be used by six members of a single household. The primary cardholder is responsible for all transactions made using the Card.

(ii). Authorized Users: The primary cardholder may authorize other family members to use the Card. All authorized users must comply with these terms and conditions.

(iii). Discounts and Benefits: The Card provides discounts on specified health, education, and lifestyle services. The details of these discounts and benefits are subject to change and will be communicated via official channels.

4. Responsibilities of the Cardholder.

(i). Card Security: The cardholder is responsible for the security of the Card and must ensure it is used only by authorized individuals.

(ii). Lost or Stolen Cards: In case the Card is lost or stolen, the cardholder must immediately report it to Liferelax Services Pvt Ltd. The cardholder may be liable for any unauthorized transactions made prior to reporting the loss or theft.

(iii). Compliance: The cardholder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Card.

5. Charges and Fees :- Issuance Fee: There may be an initial fee for issuing the Card Valid for one year. This fee is non-refundable.

6. Validity and Renewal

(i). Validity: The Card is valid for one year from the date of issuance.

(ii). Renewal: The Card can be renewed upon payment of the applicable renewal fee and completion of any required formalities.

7. Termination and Suspension

(i). Termination by Cardholder: The cardholder may terminate the Card at any time by providing written notice to Liferelax Services Pvt Ltd

(ii). Termination by Issuer: Liferelax Services Pvt Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Card without prior notice for reasons including, but not limited to, misuse of the Card, non-payment of fees, or breach of these terms and conditions.

(iii). Effects of Termination: Upon termination, the cardholder must immediately cease using the Card and settle any outstanding dues.

8. Limitation of Liability

(i). Service Providers: Discounts and benefits provided by the Card are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers. Liferelax Services Pvt Ltd is not responsible for the quality or availability of the services provided by third parties.

(ii). Liability: Liferelax Services Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Card, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

(i). Personal Information: The cardholder’s personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with Liferelax Services Pvt Ltd ‘s privacy policy.

(ii). Data Security: Liferelax Services Pvt Ltd employs reasonable security measures to protect the cardholder’s personal information. However, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and Liferelax Services Pvt Ltd cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Amendments

(i). Changes to Terms: Liferelax Services Pvt Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the cardholder through official channels.

(ii). Acceptance of Amendments: Continued use of the Card following the notice of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

(i). Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
