These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your engagement with ExevoEvents (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) for event planning and dressing services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read this Agreement carefully.

2. Services

2.1 Scope of Services

Exevo Events offers comprehensive event planning and dressing services, including but not limited to, event design, decoration, venue setup, and coordination.

2.2 Customization

Our services are tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of our clients. We will work with you to understand your vision and execute it to the best of our abilities.

2.3 Changes and Modifications

Any changes or modifications to the agreed-upon services must be communicated in writing and may incur additional costs.

3. Booking and Payments

3.1 Booking Process

To secure our services, a booking form must be completed, and a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service fee must be paid. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

3.2 Payment Terms

The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods agreed upon by both parties.

3.3 Late Payments

Late payments may incur additional charges. If full payment is not received 7 days before the event, we reserve the right to cancel our services, and the deposit will be forfeited.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 Client Cancellations

If you wish to cancel our services, you must provide written notice. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

4.2 Company Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we must cancel our services, we will provide a full refund of all payments received, including the deposit.

5. Event Details and Responsibilities

5.1 Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your event, including date, time, venue, and any specific requirements. You must also ensure that the venue is accessible for setup and breakdown at the agreed times.

5.2 Company Responsibilities

We will provide the agreed-upon services to the best of our abilities, ensuring that all event dressing and setup are completed in a professional and timely manner.

5.3 Third-Party Vendors

If we coordinate with third-party vendors on your behalf, we will not be liable for their performance or any issues arising from their services.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6.2 Insurance

We carry professional liability insurance. However, we recommend that you obtain additional insurance coverage for your event to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

All designs, concepts, and materials created by ExevoEvents remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7.2 Usage Rights

You may use photos and descriptions of the event setup for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any commercial use requires our prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

8.1 Confidential Information

We will treat all information related to your event as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8.2 Publicity

We reserve the right to use photos and descriptions of your event in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under this Agreement if such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or strikes.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

10.2 Mediation

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through mediation before pursuing other legal remedies.

10.3 Legal Action

If mediation fails, any legal action must be brought in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing and will take effect immediately upon your acceptance.

11.2 Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and ExevoEvents regarding our services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

11.3 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a third party without your consent.

11.5 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

11.6 Notices

All notices required or permitted under this Agreement must be in writing and delivered to the addresses provided by both parties.
